Legacy's client MediCoupe was a participant in the 5th Anniversary of the Innovation New Jersey Coalition (InnovationNJ) hosted in Bedminster, NJ by AT&T. MediCoupe's co-founder and CEO Christine Barbieri was a featured panelist at the event which also featured remarks from Kim Guadagno, NJ's Lieutenant Governor and Tony Boccanfuso, the President of the University Industry Demonstration Partnership, as well as panel discussions from all five research universities in New Jersey.

Christine and MediCoupe was featured by New Jersey Institute of Technology with which MediCoupe has collaborated. Christine is a product management specialist and mobile technology enthusiast. She conceptualized MediCoupe while helping ill members of her family travel to doctors’ appointments in NY and NJ. Prior to co-founding MediCoupe – along with Donald Jones, a former professional athlete who retired from the NFL due to his kidney failure and successful live organ transplant - Christine created digital advertising products for VivaKi, a division of Publicis Groupe. She also worked with some of the best up-and-coming computer science minds while at Invite Media, which was acquired by Google in 2010. Christine studied Information Technology at Carnegie Mellon University and earned her Bachelor’s from Villanova University.
