Legacy Business Advisors' CEO Taneshia Nash Laird was asked to be a speaker at New Jersey Institute of Technology's annual TEDx presentation. At the last minute - as in hours before her presentation - she scrapped her original talk and bravely presented an extemporaneous one. Not recommended for you future TED(x) Talkers but she says she doesn't regret it at all.
